The Power of Peppermint

So let’s talk about one of my all time favorite essential oils…PEPPERMINT!!

To me this oil is like a little bottle of magic. We use it everyday and use it for SO many different reasons. When you put a drop of peppermint on your skin, you immediately feel a cool, tingling sensation. This is a favorite for athletesΒ to put on their sore muscles after a hard workout. I personally like to diffuse peppermint when I need a pick me up in the afternoon. I always end up feeling so refreshed and ready to go.
